Woodland and Cass track and field teams compete at Dalton Rotary Invitational

Woodland and Cass's track and field teams competed on Saturday at the Dalton Rotary Invitational, which was hosted by Dalton High School.
The Woodland girls placed eighth, and the Cass girls tenth in the 16-team invitational. The Cass boys placed ninth, and Woodland placed fourteenth.
Model won the girls’ title, followed by Heritage-Catoosa, Hiram, Kell, and Sonoraville.
Kell won the boys’ team title, followed by Heritage-Catoosa, Sprayberry, Hiram, and East Paulding.

Cass will participate in meets on Wednesday at Darlington and Friday at Rome.
Woodland will participate in a meet at Cartersville on Tuesday and Saturday at the Pepperell Relays.
