The Yellow Jackets cracked the scoreboard before the intermission with a 39-yard field goal by Carlos Lopez sending the two teams to the break with a 14-3 score.

After the Yellow Jackets made it 21-6 with a 39-yard field goal by Lopez, Russell connected with Brady Marchese for a 90-yard touchdown pass and a more comfortable 28-6 lead with 1:53 left in the quarter.
