Lady Tigers eliminated at region tourney

Adairsville volleyball had its season end Saturday morning following a three-set loss to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe in the Region 6-AAA tournament.

The Lady Tigers dropped the opening set 25-19 but won Set 2 by a 25-18 score to force a third set. In the tiebreaker set, the Warriors escaped with a 15-7 win.

Addie Pearson totaled seven kills, seven assists, and six digs in the loss. Jenna Claire Hendley had five kills and one block. Jordyn Hartline finished with three kills and a pair of digs. Cara Harp contributed ten assists with one dig and Sherry Wells added nine digs.

Adairsville’s season ends with a 10-24 mark.
