Lady Cats '24 spring soccer team recognized for Academic Award

The 2024 Woodland High School girls soccer team from last Spring was recently recognized by the United Soccer Coaches in Kansas City as one of eight Georgia teams to receive a Team Academic Award.

The Lady Cats were recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2023-24 year.

A total of 291 soccer teams (116 boys, 175 girls) posted a team GPA of 3.25 or higher to receive the award.

Coach Kyle Morgan’s Lady Cats had a team GPA of 3.89.
