Cartersville, Woodland cross country teams compete at State Championships

The Cartersville and Woodland cross country teams competed Saturday at the GHSA Class 4A State Championships in Carrollton.
The Cartersville boys finished 10th, and the Woodland boys placed 18th among 24 teams in the classification finals. Cambridge won the team championship.
The Cartersville girls placed 15th, and the Woodland girls placed 18th out of 23 teams in Class 4A. The Marist girls won the state title.
