Cartersville High tennis completes regular season; preps to host Region tournament


The Cartersville High School tennis teams had matches this week with Cedartown and Blessed Trinity.


The Cartersville boys edged the Bulldogs 3-2 but fell to the Titans 5-0. The Cartersville girls dropped a pair of 3-2 matches.


The Lady Canes will be the No. 2 seed in the Region 7-5A Tournament while the Cartersville boys will be the No. 3 seed.


Cartersville will host the Region 7-5A Tournament April 12-14.
