Cartersville grapplers go 5-3 at Clash at the Creek Duals

The Cartersville wrestling team finished with a 5-3 record Friday and Saturday at the Clash at the Creek Duals hosted by Coahulla Creek High School in Whitfield County.

The Canes had wins over Murray County (49-27), Fannin County (60-24), Pike County (42-38), Calhoun (37-34), and North Murray (48-26) during the tournament. The Cartersville losses were to eventual champions -- Nolensville-TN, Southeast Whitfield, and Northwest Whitfield.
