Adairsville volleyball wraps up regular season slate with matches at Calhoun

On Tuesday night, the Adairsville High volleyball team lost two matches at Calhoun. They lost in straight sets to the Yellow Jackets and a close three-set match against Ridgeland.

Calhoun won 25-8 and 25-12. Ridgeland outlasted the Lady Tigers 25-16, 21-25, and 15-13.

Ella Steward had four blocks against Ridgeland. Alexis Scott had five kills. Payton Hartline contributed three kills. Cara Harp totaled 17 assists, and Addie Pearson produced 16 digs.

Scott had three kills, and Pearson contributed six digs in the Tigers’ loss to Calhoun.

Adairsville completed the regular season with an 11-29 record overall and 2-8 in Region 7-AAA.
