Adairsville swim team wins Tiger Plunge

The Adairsville boys' swim team won the 15-team Tiger Plunge Saturday at Adairsville High School and combined with the Lady Tigers to capture the combined score title.

In the boys' competition, the Tigers earned 371 points to finish ahead of Union Grove (233), Whitewater (205), Woodland (203), and Notre Dame (148). Cartersville (119) was seventh.

The Cartersville girls' team placed third with 221 points, finishing behind Union Grove (325) and Whitewater (234). The Adairsville girls finished fourth with 199 and Woodland was fifth with 191.
