Adairsville girls' soccer team begins the season with a win over Darlington

The Adairsville Lady Tigers soccer team began the 2025 season Monday night with a 7-1 home win over Darlington.

Alexa Damer scored three first-half goals and four total in the game. Ella Edwards assisted all four of her counters.

Edwards scored the other three Adairsville goals, two on penalty kicks and one unassisted.

Adairsville led 4-1 at halftime and controlled most of the action on Darlington’s half of the field. 

The Lady Tigers (1-0) host Hiram on Thursday.
