9th-ranked Blessed Trinity wins at Woodland

Ninth-ranked Blessed Trinity rolled to a 40-3 win Thursday night at Woodland as both teams opened their 2021 Region 7-AAAAA slates.

Titans’ running back Evan Dickens ran for two touchdowns and caught one touchdown pass to pace the Blessed Trinity offense.

Blessed Trinity’s heavily recruited running back, Justice Haynes, added a pair of touchdown runs in the win.

Christopher Sanchez booted a 24-yard field goal in the third quarter for the Wildcats only points of the night.

Blessed Trinity (4-2, 1-0) hosts 7th-ranked Calhoun next Friday in Roswell.

Woodland (1-5, 0-1) plays next Friday at Cass.
