Welchel named Player of Year as DTN releases All-County baseball team

The Daily Tribune News released its 2019 All-County Baseball Team Sunday with a trio of Cartersville players taking the Player, Hitter, and Pitcher of the Year slots. In total, twenty local players were recognized for their 2019 campaigns.
