Woodland wrestling remains in strong position heading into third day of State Traditional finals


With seven wrestlers still alive in the championship bracket and two more in the consolation rounds, the Woodland wrestling team remains in a strong position for the Class 5A State Traditional title heading into Friday’s matches. The Wildcats won the State Team Duals Championship earlier this season. Cass, also in Class 5A, has three of its nine state finals qualifiers remaining in the championship bracket and four others alive in the consolation rounds.


Adairsville has three wrestlers remaining in the championship bracket of Class 3A and Cartersville has one male competitor remaining in the Class 4A championship bracket and two girls. NOTE: Results from TrackWrestling.com.
