Cass fourth at Wolverine Classic
The Cass High School wrestling team placed fourth this past Friday and Saturday ---November 30-December 1 --- at the Woodstock High School Wolverine Classic.
Sonoraville won the 22-team traditional style tournament with Cherokee, West Forsyth, Cass and North Paulding rounding out the top five. Kell, Sequoyah, Marietta, Lovett, and Kennesaw Mountain finished in sixth through tenth place.
Individual placers for Cass:
Kailey Rees (3-3) was sixth in the 106-pound division. Bryce Kresho (3-1) was second in the 120-pound division.
Hunter Rees (4-2) was fifth in the 126-pound division.
Ben Mills (3-1) was second in the 132-pound division.
Nick Mills (4-2) was fifth in the 138-pound division.
Kendall Arnold (3-1) was second in the 152-pound division.
Alex Glass (3-3) was sixth in the 160-pound division.
Cameron Hill (3-2) was fourth in the 170-pound division.
Noah Hoffmeier (3-2) was fourth in the 182-pound division.
Reed Davis (4-1) was third in the 195-pound division.
