State Little League tourneys begin Saturday for local baseball teams
Georgia Little League baseball state championship tournaments begin Saturday for three different local teams.
Cartersville Little League will host the 11U (9-11 year olds) state tournament at Rudy York Field in Atco and the Cartersville 10U team (8-10 year olds) will play in Dudley, GA.
Bartow County Little League baseball will also be represented. The Bartow County Senior Little League team (13-16 year olds) will play at Harris County High School in Hamilton, GA
Cartersville Little League 10U baseball begins play in the 2018 Georgia state tournament Saturday at Dudley Little League just west of Dublin, GA.
Cartersville plays Toccoa Little League in the first round Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
