Audio replay: Cartersville vs. Jefferson

Cartersville and Jefferson split the first two games of their 2018 Georgia High School Association Class AAAA State Baseball Championship Series Monday night at State Mutual Stadium in Rome. The two teams will play Game 3 of their best-of-three series Wednesday night at either 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. to decide the state title. The winner-take-all championship game starting time will be 5 p.m. if the Class 6A series between Pope and Allatoona needs a third game Wednesday. The Cartersville/Jefferson game will be at 7 p.m. if either Pope or Allatoona sweep their doubleheader Tuesday.
