Nationals win Cartersville Little League Rookie League titles
The Cartersville Little League Rookie Nationals won the regular season and tournament titles for 2018.
The Nationals went 10-2 in the regular season and had playoff wins over the Mets and Giants last week to reach the championship game.
The National then faced the Giants again in the playoff championship game last Friday and won 11-9.
Members of the 2018 CLL Rookie League Nationals are: Avery Slye, Ty King, Price Startup, Landen Croy, Brody Jones, Emory Weaver, Gabriel Spencer, Landon Hamilton, Hudson Payton, Yosiah Gunn, and Bennett Hill. Coaches: Drew Startup, Joe Slye, Jake Mitchell, and Mitch Jones.
