Local wrestlers advance to GHSA State Championships
Twenty-eight local high school wrestlers placed in the top eight of their respective state sectionals Saturday to advance to the GHSA State Championships next Thursday through Saturday at the Macon Centreplex.
Cass will send nine wrestlers to the state championships, Woodland eight, Adairsville six, and Cartersville five.
