Bartow County U10 girls claim GRPA District 5 title, advance to state tournament

The Bartow County Parks and Recreation Department U10 Girls Soccer team defeated Dalton 3-0 and Calhoun 5-0 Saturday in Dalton to win the Georgia Parks and Recreation Association (GRPA) District 5 championship.

Emma Edwards, Anna Grace Weathers, and Summerlyn Smith scored goals for U10 Bartow in the victory over Dalton.

Ella Edwards (2), Emma Edwards, Ryland Platt, and Smith scored the Bartow goals in the defeat of Calhoun.

U10 Bartow advances to the GRPA State Tournament Friday and Saturday December 1-2 at the Nix Complex in Dalton.
