Canes first, Lady Canes second at Gordon Central quad meet

The Cartersville boys team finished first and the Lady Canes were second in a four-team track and field meet Thursday at Gordon Central High School.

The Cartersville boys finished 11 points ahead of second place Gordon Central. Ringgold was third and Model fourth.

Gordon Central won the girls meet, edging Cartersville by a mere two points. Ringgold was third and Model fourth.
