Woodland second, Cass ninth at McCallie Tourney
The Woodland Wildcats placed second and the Cass Colonels ninth at the prestigious McCallie Invitational Tournament in Chattanooga Saturday.
The tournament annually attracts many of the best high school wrestling teams from Tennessee and Georgia.
Union Grove won the tournament title by 23 points over the Wildcats. The host team, McCallie, finished third. Hillcrest (SC) was fourth and Northwest Whitfield rounded out the top five.
