Adairsville secures state berth, remains unbeaten heading into Saturday play at area volleyball tour

The Adairsville volleyball team came from behind Thursday to outlast Bremen, advance in the Area 6-AAA tournament, and qualify for the state tournament.

Adairsville has advanced to the area semifinals Saturday at 9am where the Lady Tigers will play top-seeded Sonoraville. The winner of that match will advance to the area championship match, while the loser will drop to the loser’s bracket and be forced to win an additional match to reach the finals.
