Canes remain unanimous No. 1 in composite poll
The Cartersville Hurricanes remain the unanimous No. 1 team in all Georgia High School Association state football polls for Class AAAA.
The weekly composite rankings compile the ranking order from the Georgia Sports Writers Association, Georgia Public Broadcasting, ScoreAtlanta.com, the Maxwell Ratings, and the ratings of MaxPreps.com. Below are the ranking orders for all eight GHSA divisions.
Ranked teams in regions involving local teams include Kell, Carrollton, and Rome in Region 7-AAAAA. Cartersville and Sandy Creek in Region 5-AAAA, and Calhoun in Region 6-AAA.
