Wildcats take second game at Cass


Woodland baseball

The Woodland Wildcats pounded out 14 hits on their way to an 11-2 win at Cass Tuesday night.


The victory was the second straight for the Wildcats in the three-game sub-region series.


Brandon Allen had a four-hit game for Woodland, including a pair of doubles. Cauy Williams had a three-hit game with a double, and Kolby Stansel drove in three runs to help lead the Cats’ offense.


Trent Harrison tossed six innings of three-hit baseball to pick up the pitching victory.


Game three of the series will be at Woodland on Friday.
