Local high school top track and field performances for 2016
There were six changes in this week's update of the top local high school track and field performances of the 2016 season and three were recorded by members of the Cass boys' team. Terry Beardin improved his 100 meter time, Laizon West ran a new fastest time of the season in the 200 meters, and Diunte Ward had the best mark of the year in the triple jump. Skylar Chappell of Woodland set a new county best mark in the discus throw. Sabrina Buggs (Cass) now holds the best local mark in the 100M and Cartersville's Grace Cochran has the new 400M mark.
