Calhoun MS soccer teams win '16 BGMSAA titles

The soccer teams at Calhoun Middle School won the 2016 Bartow-Gordon Middle School Athletic Association titles Friday in championship games played at Calhoun.

The middle school Lady Jackets (9-0-1) were able to pull off an overtime penalty kicks victory over Ashworth after the two teams played to a scoreless tie in regulation.

The Calhoun boys (8-1-1) blanked South Central in the championship game, 3-0.
