Tiger Dugout Club hosting alumni game March 26
The Adairsville High School baseball team and the Tiger Dugout Club will be hosting the 2nd annual AHS Baseball Alumni Game on Saturday, March 26.
“We are looking to create a program that our alumni will be proud of, competitive, and connected to our alumni base,” said Tigers’ head coach Billy Roper.
The event will begin with pre-game registration at 12 noon with a home run derby to follow at 12:30pm. Teams will be introduced at 1:30pm and the alumni game will follow at 2pm.
“We want all our former players and alumni to participate,” said Roper. “There’s just something about reliving those glory days by lacing up those cleats one more time.”
“We also want people to come see the new improvements with the facilities and just find out what our baseball program has to offer for families, friends, and alumni,” Roper added.

The registration fee for the home run derby is $10. The game registration fee is $20.
