FRIDAY MORNING RESULTS - FEB. 12 FIRST ROUND OF WRESTLEBACKS

Johnathon DeLaCruz (Cartersville, 4A, 220) lost in wrestlebacks. Nick Fuller (Adairsville, 3A, 195) lost in wrestlebacks. Raekwan Hicks (Woodland, 5A, 182) advanced in wrestlebacks. Chance Scrutchins (Cass, 5A, 182) advanced in wrestlebacks.

Houston Jones (Cass, 5A, 170) advanced in wrestlebacks.

Henry Pabst (Adairsville, 3A, 170) advanced in wrestlebacks.

Bryce Burgess (Adairsville, 3A, 152) advance in wrestlebacks.

Jaylen Callahan (Cass, 5A, 145) advanced in wrestlebacks.

Tyler Pilcher (Cass, 5A, 120) advanced in wrestlebacks.

The next two rounds of wrestlebacks are scheduled for Friday afternoon (Feb. 12). The championship semifinals are set for Friday night, beginning at 7pm.

The consolation semifinals and finals are scheduled for Saturday morning with the state finals opening ceremonies set for 2:30pm and the finals matches at 3pm.

The GHSA State Traditional Wrestling Championships are in Lawrenceville and the Infinite Energy Gwinnett Arena.
