Woodland wrestling third at Cleveland (TN) Duals

The Woodland wrestling team finished third Saturday at the Cleveland (TN) High School Duals. The Wildcats had wins over Soddy Daisy (TN) 55-15, Heritage-Catoosa 63-9, and McCallie (TN) 45-21, but lost to Father Ryan (TN) of Nashville 45-21 in the preliminary rounds.

Woodland then defeated host Cleveland for third place. ​​ Kyle Golhoffer, Jahvar Lewis, and Jesus Montero went undefeated on the day for Woodland.

The Wildcats return to the mats December 18-19 at the McCallie (TN) High School Invitational.
