HURRICANES PURPLE 32 BARTOW TIGERS 0
Five different members of Hurricanes Purple scored and the defense recorded a shutout in a 32-0 defeat of the Tigers. Asa James (39-yard TD), Trevor Montgomery (5-yard TD), Gib Williams (24-yard TD), and David Williams (40-yard TD and PAT kick) each had scoring runs for Purple. Jackson Rutledge added a defensive return score following a fumble recovery.

Miles Forristall had the only touchdown in a hard fought defensive struggle. The touchdown run was pounded in from one yard out. 8U results

Thomas Peters and Brodie McWhorter had touchdown runs of 5- and 7-yards, respectively as Hurricanes Purple edged Hurricanes Black. Davis Waddell added a two-point, extra point pass reception and Maddox Frazier added a one-point extra point run for Hurricanes Purple. Javen Bowens scored on a 46-yard scamper and added an extra point run for Hurricanes Black. Brock Wilson also scored on a 12-yard touchdown run for Hurricanes Black. Hurricanes White and Hurricanes Gold battled to a scoreless tie. Ricky Taylor was noted for outstanding play for Gold. Preston Sorrells received the same recognition for White.
