Godfrey, Rainey homer in Woodland softball win
The Lady Wildcats' bats came alive at Sequoyah Tuesday night pounding out ten hits and a pair of homeruns in a 13-5 sub-region win. Courtney Godfrey (photo with coach Colman Roberts) homered and Shelby Rainey hit a grand slam as Woodland scored in five of six innings. Lilly Watson scattered six hit in the circle, walked only one, and struck out seven to earn the pitching victory.
